Due to Hurricane Helene that hit us hard in our mountains of Western North Carolina, a lot of our time is being spent on the clean up and the care and welfare of our dog and pups. Until we are caught up I will be posting the puppies in litter groups instead on individually. I am hoping by spring of 2025 to be able to go back to the individual postings of the puppies. When I know my dogs are the center of attention and become beloved family members, I feel I have done my job correctly. Breeding two of the smartest dogs together, an Australian Shepherd and a Poodle, creates an excellent, well-rounded companion who can indeed do it all—while looking great too! The responsibility of matching each pup to an approved family is an honor and a responsibility we don't take lightly.

Our state-of-the-art breeding program is the main focus on the Fine and Dandy farm. The daily routines, structure, and love each puppy receives make them well-rounded, confident, and adaptable. At 5 weeks old, the pup is introduced to a crate and learns it is a safe place rather than a form of punishment. He learns that there is a nap every day and that being in the crate for this quiet time is okay. Doing this teaches them that every day is not one big hyper party where they do whatever they want.
